I lived in Raymond Terrace for 24 years (and one month), my ears ring when I hear "Port Stephens".

My family had a holiday house (caravan) at Fingal Bay. My childhood memories are full of trips to the Marina in Nelson Bay and throwing chips to the pelicans.

I visited my friends in Medowie, I learnt to ride my bike at Finnan Park ("Finno's"). I was even cast in a Japanese soft drink advertisement filmed at the sand dunes near Anna Bay!

Once I won a colouring competition for Port Stephens Council, and won a Port Stephens Council cap (can wear cap in ceremony by request).

I know the Port Stephens area like the back of my hand... hey, that's new...
